Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 10, 2026 · The Futures Playbook LLC · Florida, United States

Who processes your information

The Futures Playbook LLC operates the website and membership service. This notice covers Futures Playbook accounts, subscriptions and subscriber use of FP Terminal. Provider services also have their own privacy notices and contractual terms.

Account information

Clerk handles account creation, email verification, sign-in, recovery and authentication security. The information collected depends on the sign-in method you select and can include your email address, name, profile image and authentication credentials. Our membership database stores your Clerk user identifier, verified email, billing identifiers, access status and relevant timestamps. Your account password is not stored in our membership database.

Subscriptions and payments

Stripe collects payment details and billing information through its hosted checkout and customer portal. We receive customer, checkout, subscription and payment-status information needed to provide access and support. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We record the terms version, selected price, recurring billing details and time of checkout acknowledgement. Creating an account or accepting site terms does not consent to unrelated marketing.

Your journal and research requests

Journal text, dates and references are stored under your account identifier. Server access checks keep subscriber journals separate. Authorized operational access may be necessary for support, security or legal obligations. General research topic selections and supporting research context can be sent to Anthropic for AI responses; automated output may be inaccurate. Do not enter brokerage passwords, banking information or sensitive personal identifiers.

Providers and purposes

We use Vercel for hosting, operational logs and analytics; Clerk for authentication; Neon for membership, agreement and subscriber-journal storage; Stripe for billing; and Anthropic for AI research summaries. The separate free newsletter uses beehiiv and Resend when you subscribe to it. Optional Discord features, video embeds and external links involve their respective providers when used.

Information is processed to provide the requested service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, manage payments, store research notes, handle requests and comply with applicable obligations. Providers may process data outside your country. Hosting and analytics can process request URLs, timestamps, browser and device information, IP-derived location and referral information.

Cookies and browser controls

Clerk uses authentication cookies and related browser state to maintain sign-in across the website and dashboard subdomain. The terminal can store display preferences and notification settings in your browser. Owner-only access has separate authentication cookies. Clearing cookies or browser storage can sign you out and reset preferences. Notifications require browser permission. External embeds may use their own cookies when loaded.

Retention and deletion

Account and journal information persists until removed under the service’s operational and deletion procedures. Billing, consent and security records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Provider logs and authentication records follow their configured retention policies. No automatic deadline is promised for every record.

Contact the support/privacy address below to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. We may verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted by law. Deleting your account triggers cancellation of its subscription and closes application access when the deletion is processed. Journal and required billing records are handled separately under the retention and deletion procedures above. Available privacy rights and exceptions depend on your jurisdiction, including any right to complain to a regulator.

Children and updates

The service is intended for adults and is not offered to children. Do not submit children’s information. Changes to processing will be reflected in the dated notice, with any notice or consent required by applicable law.
